Terms & Conditions

These conditions define the terms under which we will supply goods advertised for sale on the website www.hideaway-retreat.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any products on the Site. You should understand that by purchasing products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

Products are generally as described on the website and as priced. Prices include VAT at the rate prevailing at the time of supply.

Goods will only be despatched when payment in full, including shipping costs, has been received.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the next working day. In the event that any product is not immediately available for despatch, we will contact you with an expected despatch date and you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK.

Shipping Costs are:

Orders up to £50 in value – please add £5
Orders over £50 – please add £7.50

Products will be dispatched to the address provided by you via the Site. Invoices will be emailed to the e-mail address provided to by you.


We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).

This contract shall be governed by English law.
