If you find the goods supplied to be unsatisfactory, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the products. Products should be unopened and with packaging in its original state. We will not refund the cost of shipping or the cost of returning to us unless the product is faulty. Items will NOT be refunded if they are open.
