The Swedish massage uses a range of massage techniques called Effleurage (smooth relaxing strokes), Petrissage (kneading), Friction (deep pressure movement), and Tapotement (light percussion movements tapping the body to increase circulation).
This massage includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, legs and feet, face and head and the whole experience will last a total of 60 minutes.
The 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage is the perfect choice for a quick stress and knot release fix!
Many people carry their tension in their back, neck and shoulders and obviously due to the large volumes of muscles, this is also a key area for stiffness after exercise.
A good solid 30 minute workout along these key muscle groups will leave you feeling knot free and a good deal happier and relaxed!
The 45 minute massage will cover the areas you feel your body needs help with.
This massage is the same as a 30 minute massage however your therapist will work more on the area needed.
